There were days when I felt stressed, but I also learned a lot. I realized that listening well in class, asking questions, and reviewing my notes really helped me. I discovered some of my strengths, like being determined to finish tasks, but I also saw my weaknesses, especially when I get distracted.
One thing that really helped me this quarter was the support of my friends. They encouraged me when I felt tired, shared lessons I didn’t fully understand, and reminded me that I wasn’t alone in facing challenges. Their presence made school life lighter and more enjoyable.Monday, August 25, 2025
Reflection on My 1st Quarter in Grade 10
Keep it Clean, Keep it Green
This picture shows me cleaning the drainage. I am sweeping the leaves because it can block the water from flowing and can cause flood.
The second picture shows me getting rid of the fallen branches from trees. Through this we can help our community be safer and cleaner.
My Experience in the Nutrition Month Celebration

Nutrition Month 2025 has the theme: "Food at Nutrition Security, Maging Priority!, Sapat na Pagkain Karapatan Natin! ". It means that everyone should have enough safe and healthy food. Eating the right food helps us stay strong, grow well, and stay healthy. But many people still do not have enough food or do not eat healthy meals, This is why we need to work together to make food and goodluck nutrition a priority for all.
We can help in many simple ways. At home, we can eat healthy foods. In school, we can join activities, learn more about healthy eating, and share what we learn with others.
For my part, I joined the celebration by cheering for my classmates during their performance. I showed my support and helped make the program fun and exciting. Even small actions like this matter because they show we care. Let is remember that having enough food is our right.Through this celebration, I realized that good health starts with the food we eat. I also learned that we should avoid junk food and instead choose meals that will make us stronger and more energetic. Overall, my experience in the Nutrition Month celebration was fun, educational, and inspiring.
A Letter for the President
I am Paul Marion Afroilan and I am writing to share my thoughts and hopes for our country. I appreciate the efforts of your administration in improving our roads, bridges, and other important projects. I also hope you will create more job opportunities for our people. Many young Filipinos are looking for works, and it's hard for them to find a good jobs. If you cam create more opportunities, it will help our economy grow and make life better for everyone.
Education is also very important. I hope you will continue to support our schools and teachers. This will help our children learn and grow, and and become a good citizens in the future.
Thank you for serving our country, I believe you can make big difference in the lives of Filipinos. I look forward to seeing positive changes under your leadership.
